Irv Dupre served twenty-one years in the US Air Force as a navigator and as a general staff officer in Europe, Central America and worldwide operations of US Special Operations forces. His nearly 1000 hours of combat flying time included 120 combat missions in Southeast Asia during the Viet Nam war won him two Distinguished Flying Crosses and eleven Air Medals. Assigned next as a ground and flight instructor, he was awarded an honorary PhD in Instruction by USAF Air Training Command for his training accomplishments including the development of training programs for the student aviators and instructors. As a staff officer, he was responsible for logistics planning, plans, programs and policy and developed command and control and planning several classified operations for our counterterrorism forces as well as security training for US embassies worldwide.

Although selected for promotion to colonel, he retired from the Air Force to help his two partners found Payroll Transfers, a professional employer organization (PEO) based in Tampa that quickly grew to the second largest PEO in the nation with clients in forty-seven states. The company was twice nominated for Tampa Small Business of the Year and, less than five years after its beginning, was named as 16th fastest growing small business in the nation by Inc. Magazine, a national publication. During his thirteen years of service in the PEO industry as an executive of the company, he served on the Board of Directors and led marketing and client services, and then when the company was merged with a New England area PEO and renamed EPIX, Inc., he served as Director of Safety, Director of Marketing and Vice President of Human Resources.

Irv left EPIX for the position of Vice President at a Tampa based forensic engineering, environmental and geology firm and provided extensive expertise in HR, employee relations, compliance, safety and business planning. During his tenure, the company grew from thirty to more than one hundred full-time employees and over $12 million in revenue in 2008.

Joining with Davron, Col Dupre will work with the staff to build the company to its inevitable position as a leader in providing specialized professional employees to its clients.
